Our team is made up of experienced professionals across two divisions: Funerals and Memorials. Each member brings their own unique skills and personal experience to ensure every family we serve feels cared for and guided with empathy.

In the Funerals team, led by Funeral Manager Marie, our dedicated staff work tirelessly to provide comfort and guidance. Whether you meet Marie, Assistant Manager Tracey, or any of the team, you will find warmth and understanding as they help families honour their loved ones.

FUNERALS TEAM
Hello, I’m Marie, the Funeral Manager at Walsh Funerals & Memorials. With over 20 years of experience as a Funeral Director, I am honoured to guide families through one of the most difficult times of their lives. Providing support, comfort, and understanding during such emotional moments is what I find most fulfilling. I consider it a privilege to be able to help families create meaningful farewells that honour their loved ones. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my own family, which reminds me of the importance of the work we do here.

Hi, I’m Tracey, the Assistant Funeral Manager at Walsh Funerals & Memorials. I’ve been part of this compassionate industry for over 10 years, and there’s no greater reward than knowing we’ve been able to exceed a family’s expectations and help them find some comfort in a difficult time. My job allows me to bring calm and reassurance when families need it most. Outside of work, I love spending time with my grandchildren, who remind me every day of the importance of family. I also enjoy crafting greeting cards and feel lucky to work alongside my two sons in our Memorial department.

Hi, I’m Jo, and I’ve been part of the funeral team at Walsh Funerals & Memorials for nearly 15 years. I find deep meaning in helping families feel cared for during such challenging moments. Bringing a little comfort to people while ensuring their loved ones are honoured with dignity is at the heart of what I do. When I’m not at work, I’m tending to my horses and other livestock, which I love entering into shows. Spending time with them brings me peace and balance, which helps me stay centred in my work.

Hello, I’m Steph, and I’ve had the privilege of working at Walsh Funerals & Memorials for 3 years now. Helping families through their grief is something I find truly rewarding, and I approach every service with care and compassion. Knowing that we can make a difficult time a little easier for the families we serve is the reason I love this work. Outside of the funeral home, I’m an avid horse enthusiast, and I love spending time with them, especially during the summer showing season.

Hi, I’m Lisa, the Retail Manager at the Bloxwich and West Bromwich branches for Walsh Funerals & Memorials. I’ve been part of this incredible team for over 15 years, having settled into the Memorial department after experiencing the kindness and support Andrew Walsh and his team gave me when I lost both of my parents. That care got me through the hardest time in my life, and I now feel privileged to offer the same support to our clients. We know how important it is to honour the memory of loved ones, and I am here to ensure every memorial is created with care and craftsmanship. Outside of work, I treasure spending time with my family, who are my greatest joy.

Hello, I’m Megan, and I’ve recently joined the team at Walsh Funerals & Memorials. Working in both the funeral and memorial departments, I feel deeply honoured to support families during such significant moments in their lives. Every family’s journey is unique, and I strive to provide them with the care and attention they deserve. In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends, dining out, and enjoying some well-deserved shopping trips.

Hi, I’m Millie, and I’m proud to be a new member of the Walsh Funerals & Memorials team. I am currently training in both the funeral and memorial departments and am learning every day just how important it is to be there for families when they need us most. Being able to support families during such a sensitive time is truly an honour. When I’m not at work, I enjoy exploring new places and spending quality time with my family and friends, who are my greatest support.
